Academy lads in FA Youth Cup action

Trip to Cumbria awaits
The Academy lads play their second game in four days when they go to Cleator Moor in the FA Youth Cup first qualifying round on Sunday afternoon.
Academy director Tony McMahon was delighted with the lads' performance in the game against Halifax on Wednesday even though they lost, and he'll be looking for a better performance on Sunday.
"I thought there was plenty to work on, and plenty of encouragement for the lads in the performance on Wednesday," he said.
Quakers are playing Cleator Moor because scheduled opponents Pickering were found guilty of playing an ineligible player in the previous round, so Cleator Moor were reinstated.
