The staff, players and club mascot Mr Q visited the children's ward of Darlington Memorial Hospital on Thursday evening to hand over presents donated by Darlington FC and Darlington RFC fans.
26 presents were handed over to the children, who were delighted and thanked everyone for their kindness and generosity.
The ward staff said that they were "overwhelmed" by the donations and also thanked Darlington fans.
Darlington FC would like to wish the children a speedy recovery, and also thank the staff at Darlington Memorial Hospital for their help, and most of all, Darlington fans for their very kind donations that made the children feel so much better.
