The lads at Darlo Fans Radio have just passed a notable landmark!

Since DFR switched to Mixlr to help broadcast their live commentaries in April last year, 70,000 listeners from all around the world have tuned in to their indepth and knowledgeable commentary – a fantastic achievement.

DFR co-ordinator Andrew Simpson said; “It’s very rewarding to know that so many people enjoy listening to our commentaries, whether we are playing at home and away. We’d like to thank everyone for listening. We’re also very grateful to our sponsors, Tempest Jones, whose sponsorship has been invaluable.”

The most listeners they ever had for one game (not surprisingly!) was the Whitby away game on the night that promotion was clinched.

The lads will be in position in the Royal Box for the home game against Curzon Ashton on Saturday.
