Blyth Spartans _a_-13

Tommy Wright takes charge of his first home game on Saturday against Brackley at Blackwell Meadows.

His first game at the helm last week saw us fall to a 3-1 defeat away to Blyth Spartans after we led 1-0 at half time. The loss saw us drop to 13th in the league table, but still only three points off the final playoff place.

Last Saturday Brackley won 3-2 away to Boston United, they are currently fourth in the table. After seven games at home they have yet to taste defeat on their own soil. They also have the joint best defensive record in the division, having only conceded 13 goals so far.
