We've received a message from Michael McWilliams, the father of our former Academy player Harvey McWilliams who sadly left us so suddenly last year, to say that he's setting up a fund to help disadvantaged people.

Michael says; " I’m looking for football boots, shin pads, bibs, balls, socks, kit -- anything football related etc for a memorial fund I’m setting up in memory of my son Harvey who took his own life last December at 18 years of age .

"I would like to get boys, girls and disabled of all ages given a chance to play football. Harvey was a caring boy as he used to give his boots away as some players could not afford them and he didn’t like them to miss out."

We will be holding a collection in memory of Harvey at our home game against Gloucester on 6th August -- so bring those old boots and shinpads along!
