On Sunday Darlington FC Feethams under 7's played Darlington Spraire Lads under 7's at home and they all put in an excellent performance. They pushed until the final whistle and should have scored a number of goals. All the boys were excellent and the whole team got man of the match.

After recovering from being hit in the face by a ball during the warm up our goalie Grayson Hardy was absolutely superb pulling off some saves that our first team goalie Pete Jameson would be proud of. Oscar Thornber had a fantastic game and nearly scored a 'worldie'. Mason Theaker never stopped and worked really hard from start to finish. Joe Webster played really well and put in very brave performance. Alva Williamson had a great game and pulled off some great tackles. Jack Cameron tried hard from start to finish and is a great tackler, gets stuck in and shows no fear & last but by no means least Kai Martin who put in a good performance and was unlucky not to have scored a hat trick. Unfortunately Tobias Slade was unable to play on Saturday but showed his commitment to the team and turned up to join in with the warm up.

Our next game is Sunday 2nd October against Newton Aycliffe in the Challenge Cup, good luck boys, you can do it!
