Youngster working his way up the ladder
Former Darlington Under 12 player Jacob Penprase has signed for Middlesbrough!
Jacob, who is now with Improtech Soccer Elite Academy St Bede's, and is pictured signing on the dotted line for Boro, watched by Boro coach Alan Clark.
Darlington Head of youth, Warren Newall, said; "Jacob showed plenty of potential while he was with us, and he was always willing to work hard and to listen. It's great that one of our former players is signing for a big club."
