The quizmaster on the official supporters buses to away games, Gavin Ellis, has thanked everybody for financially supporting his quizzes on the bus to away games.

Gavin has raised thousands of pounds towards the team buses to away games in recent years, and said; "I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who has been supporting the quizzes this season which led to raising enough money for which would have been today's team coach to Southport.

"We will now put these funds towards a coach when football returns which I hope will be soon. I will use the boredom of the lockdown to compile a few new quizzes ready for when football does begin again which it will.

"Meanwhile let's hope for a cracking summer to make up for our lost spring. Stay safe Darlo fans and see you all again soon."

The club would like to thank Gavin for all his hard work and for his donations in the past. We would also like to thank everyone who has supported him on the supporters buses.
