The Board of Directors would like to remind all Shareholders that your request for an AGM Admission Card or your Proxy Appointment must be returned by 5pm on Tuesday 9th December 2014. Please read the 'Important Notes' before completing your instructions.
AGM Admission Cards requested by 30th November will be available for collection at Quaker Retail from this Saturday, 6th December, or alternatively from the Shareholder's check-in desk, from 6pm at the AGM itself.
AGM Admission Cards requested after 30th November will only be available for collection from the Shareholder's check-in desk from 6pm on the day of the AGM.
