Quakers striker Lee Gaskell has signed a contract with the club this week securing a 12 month deal with an option to stay a further year.
Gaskell who joined from Ramsbottom last September, scored fourteen times as he helped Darlington secure the league title.
He made his debut for the club at home to Marine, before scoring a hat-trick in his first away game at Mickleover.
Gaskell made a habit of scoring spectacular goals for the club, and three of his strikes were nominated for goal of the season. This included the goal which was voted goal of the season, which you can watch below, at home to Matlock Town.
