We suffered our first defeat of the season on Saturday, as we fell to a 1-0 defeat at home to AFC Telford United.

Brackley Town are the only side in the division still with a 100% record after they beat Spennymoor Town 2-0. Lee Ndlovu scored just before the interval with Matthew Lowe sealing the game in stoppage time.

Harrogate Town are second after a quite incredible game away to Gainsborough Trinity. Ashley Worsfold gave Trinity the early lead, before an own goal brought the visitors level. Bradley Wells regained the lead for Gainsborough before Harrogate took control. Dominic Knowles and a double from Joe Leesley within an 11 minute spell put Town 4-2 ahead.  Trinity fought back with Craig King and Shane Clarke bringing them level with 17 minutes still left, but Terry Kennedy secured a memorable 5-4 win for Harrogate in the last ten minutes.

Southport are level on points with Harrogate after a 1-0 win at Alfreton Town. Steven Schumacher scored the only goal of the game after 57 for Southport.

Salford City moved up to fourth with an impressive 3-0 victory over Kidderminster Harriers at Moor Lane. Jack Redshaw scored a second half hat-trick for the Ammies to earn them the win.

York City are in fifth after a 4-3 win over Nuneaton Town. Michael Rankine and a double from Simon Heslop put York in control before Ashley Chambers pulled one back for the visitors. Rankine appeared to seal the game for the Minstermen and they were able to hold on for the win despite another from Chambers and Jordan Nicholson scoring late on for Nuneaton.

Tamworth are only outside the playoff places on goal difference after a 4-1 win at home to Curzon Ashton. Stephen Morley scored twice before the break, with Darryl Knights and Bradley Reid sealing the points in the second period. Steven Howson was sent off for Curzon late on, but they were able to score a consolation through Naill Cummins in stoppage time.

Stockport County are into the top ten after a late comeback at Leamington. Jason Oswell gave County the early lead, before goals from Robert Thompson-Brown and Liam Canavan appeared to have won the game for the hosts. However, Oswell scored again in the 86th minute to bring things level and then won the game 3-2 for Stockport in stoppage time.

North Ferriby United picked up their first points of the season with a 1-0 victory away to Blyth Spartans. Akeel Francis scored the only goal of the game for North Ferriby in the 57th minute.

Boston United picked up their second win at home to Chorley. Ashley Hemmings and Kabongo Tshimanga scored the goals for the Pilgrims in a 2-0 win.

FC United of Manchester are bottom of the table after a 3-0 defeat at Bradford Park Avenue. Adam Boyes scored after 17 minutes, with two second half goals from Wayne Brooksby sealing the win.
