Jack Redshaw scored four second half goals to keep Salford clear at the top of the table. Bottom of the table North Ferriby kept the Ammies out until the 56th minute, but once Redshaw scored the first they had no answer. Three of the goals came in the final 12 minutes, with Salford running out 4-0 winners.
Harrogate Town moved back up to second after coming from behind to beat Boston United. Ashley Hemmings gave the Pilgrims an early lead from the penalty spot, but goals from Joe Leesley, George Thomson and Jordan Thewlis sealed a 3-1 win for Harrogate.
They moved ahead of Brackley Town, who lost 2-0 at Bradford Park Avenue. Adam Boyes scored just before half time for Bradford, with Graham Kelly getting the second in the 63rd minute.
Blyth Spartans also moved ahead of Brackley after a 3-0 win at Southport. Michael Liddle, Greg Rutherford and Sean Reid scored second half goals for Blyth.
Spennymoor suffered a heavy defeat at in form Leamington. Colby Bishop scored a hat-trick, with two goals from the penalty spot along with a late Kieran Dunbar goal for Leamington as they won 4-0. However, that doesn’t tell the whole story with Joe Tait missing two penalties for Spennymoor.
Ex-Football League sides York City and Kidderminster Harriers held each other to a 1-1 draw. Mark Croasdale put Harriers ahead after 20 minutes with Jon Parkin levelling for City before the break.
Playoff chasing Stockport County and Chorley also drew leaving both still outside the top seven. Nicholas Haughton appeared to have won the game for Chorley with seven minutes left, before Jason Oswell scored an equaliser for County deep into injury time.
Nuneaton remain in the bottom three after being held at home by Curzon Ashton. Ashley Chambers gave Nuneaton the lead after just 18 minutes, with Niall Cummins earning a 1-1 draw for Curzon just after the break.
FC United of Manchester’s recent good run came to an end, as they lost 1-0 at Gainsborough Trinity, Ashley Worsfold scoring the only goal of the game after six minutes.
Alfreton Town picked up an important 2-1 win away to Telford United. Craig Westcarr and Thomas Allan put the visitors in control meaning Elliot Newby’s strike just before half time was not enough for Telford.
