The Board has now written to everyone on the club's shareholder register about the AGM which will take place on Friday 27th January at 6.30pm. Shareholders will be asked to vote on the re-appointment of the directors, the change of playing name back to "Darlington" (so long as the FA approves this), and various legal approvals which allow the board to issue new shares to the Supporters Group in return for moneys that it raises to fund the club. The formal accounts to the end of June 2016 will also be tabled, once they have been finalised in the next few days.
