Paddy set to have operation

Here's the latest update on Paddy at Wednesday lunchtime.
At the request of Paddy and his father, they have asked us to release the following statement:
Paddy’s medical team have completed a case review after his latest scan and have decided that he should have an operation next week to clear the old blood in his brain that might cause clotting in the future. Paddy remains very positive, he believes that this will give him the best chances for long term recovery.
Everyone at Darlington Fc and throughout the world of football wish Paddy all the best.
