Whitby have tweeted that there will be a pitch inspection of the Turnbull Ground as soon as the match officials arrive, which will be approx. 10.30 am. They will be taking ground conditions and the weather forecast into account,
Whitby have now tweeted advising Darlington fans not to set off until the result of the inspection is known. We understand that the referee is at the ground.
There is no prospect of the kick off time being moved, the game is kicking off at 1pm on the instructions of North Yorkshire Police.
