Here's the match report from a previous time we met Kidderminster, in the Conference Premier, on October 14th 2011

Darlington 1 Kidderminster 0

Half time 0-0

Scorer: Sanchez-Nunoz 80 mins.

Spanish centre half Jonatan Sanchez-Munoz scored his first goal in English football to give Darlington three valuable points against Kidderminster at the Northern Echo Arena.

Quakers have now won two games inside four days, something which seemed out of the question following their dreadful defeat at Bath last Saturday.

They started the game brightly with some enterprising play down both wings, but without really creating many chances.

Quakers’ main threat came from long throws by Exodus Geohaghan which caused the  Kidderminster defence some anxious moments inside their six yard box, while Adam Rundle cut in from the right and hit a 30 yard left foot shot that Dean Lyness managed to tip around the post.

The visitors relied mainly on speedy breakaways and nearly broke the deadlock on 40 minutes when Steve Guinan crossed from the right for Nick Wright to volley wide of the left hand post from ten yards.

Kidderminster went close again just after half time, when Callum Gittings hit the bar with a header from Nick Wright’s cross from the right.

But Darlington slowly got back on top. Gregg Taylor was unlucky with a right foot shot that flew just past the post, and then he had another shot deflected over the bar.

The breakthrough came with ten minutes left. Another long throw by Geohaghan was partly cleared to skipper Jamie Chandler, who hoisted the ball back into the middle for Geohaghan to nod down for fellow centre back Sanchez-Munoz to turn past Lyness from a few yards
