We look to make it three wins in a row when we take on FC United of Manchester at Blackwell Meadows on Bank Holiday Monday.

We produced one of our best away performances of the season at Alfreton on Saturday, as goals from Nathan Cartman, Josh Gillies and a penalty from Terry Galbraith sealed a comfortable 3-0 win.

The victory saw us move up to fourth in the league table after Salford City fell to defeat at Gainsborough Trinity on Friday.

Our last six matches: WWLWDW

On Saturday FC United lost 2-1 at home to Brackley a result which leaves them 14th in the league table.

Their last six matches: LDDWLL

They were founded in 2005 and won three straight promotions in their first three years. After many near misses FC United were promoted into the National North in the 2014/15 season, in their first season at this level last year they came 13th.

They moved into their new home at Broadhurst Park in 2015, having spent the majority of the last ten years playing at Bury’s Gigg Lane.

Our meeting earlier this season, also on a Bank Holiday Monday, saw Nathan Cartman scored a late winner in a 3-2 thriller.
