Darlington are aiming to stretch their unbeaten run to seven matches at Fylde on Saturday (writes Simon Hahn).

Quakers have collected 14 points from the last 18 after a late Harvey Saunders effort gave them victory over Bradford PA on Wednesday night.

That moved us into fifth place in the league level on points with Halifax and Salford City ahead of ourselves on goal difference.

Darlington’s last six matches: WDWWDW

AFC Fylde have been top of the league table for the majority of the season, but their place at the summit has come under threat in recent weeks. From their last five games they have only won once and last weekend fell to a 4-1 defeat at mid-table Nuneaton Town.

Kidderminster Harriers now only trail Fylde by six points with a game in hand.

When the sides met at Heritage Park we came from behind to earn a 1-1 draw thanks to a Josh Gillies goal after Danny Rowe had given Fylde the lead.

Fylde’s top scorer is Danny Rowe, who has scored 40 goals this season, nearly half of the 95 goals the team has scored from 36 matches.
