Quakers Reward Keeper With A New Contract

The Board of Directors are delighted to announce that goalkeeper Peter Jameson has signed a new two and a half year contract with the club.

Jameson has become the club’s first choice keeper this season and has produced many outstanding performances in the club’s rise to the top of the Evo-Stik league.

Peter hasn’t conceded a goal the league since the game at Brighouse on October 7th and manager Martin Gray said, “One of the significant factors in the fantastic run we’ve been on recently is the form of Peter Jameson. Pete has kept a clean sheet in the last seven games he’s played and at any level of football, that’s a great achievement. He’s a young goalkeeper but I’ve been delighted with his performances and he deserves a lot of credit for recent results”.
