Reserves call up Under 18s for South Shields game

The reserves will be calling up several youngsters from the Under 18s when they go to South Shields Reserves in the TWR Wearside League on Saturday.

The reserves have lost some players in recent weeks to Northern League club Billingham Synthonia, so the management team of Mark Fanning and Paul Aldsworth have called up several players from the Under 18s.

Harry Gill, Ryan Noone, Aaron Skelton and Guilherme Baltazar, who have all done well at Under 18 level this season, will be moved into the reserves.

Joint manager Mark said; “It’s a great opportunity to give these lads some experience of senior football.”

The reserves are currently sixth in the table, while South Shields are sixth from bottom
