The reserves face one of their longest trips of the season when they go to Cleator Moor on Wednesday night.
After drawing with 1-1 with Boldon CA, one of the title contenders last weekend, the lads go across to Cumbria full of confidence for the game against Cleator Moor, who are also up there in the chase for the title.
Joint manager Mark Fanning said; “That was a very good performance last Saturday considering that Boldon CA haven’t lost all season.
“Today’s game will be another very tough test, because Cleator are third in the table, and we have the problem of making sure that everybody is available for the game.”
Quakers are currently eighth in the table, just two points behind Cleator who have lost only once in five games this season.
