The lads face one of their longest trips of the season on Saturday when they travel across country to Windscale in the Wearside League.
They’ll be setting off at around 10.00 in the morning in preparation for a 2pm kick off in a game in which they’re trying to end a run of five straight defeats. The last time they won was in the reverse fixture against Windscale in early October.
Joint manager Mark Fanning said; “We played Windscale a few weeks ago and beat them, although we let them back into the game at one stage.
“we need to improve and give ourselves a morale boost. The atmosphere is pretty good in the dressing room, but there is nothing better than a win – especially going long distance like we are on Saturday.”
Midfielder Niall Smith and striker James Beauchamp are both missing, but midfielder Myles Swift and defender Ellis Tate both return
