The Reserves are in local derby action when they face Hartlepool in the Wearside League at Eastbourne on Saturday.

The lads won 5-0 at Hartlepool earlier in the season, and they want to bounce back on Saturday after losing their last game, at home to Redcar Athletic.

Joint manager Mark Fanning said; “We’re looking for a double against them, but we know that they’ll be wanting revenge for their defeat earlier in the season. It’s going to be a proper derby game.”

Bailey Prudhoe and Ellis Tait will both be missing, but Reece Greenwood and Jamie O’Brien bboth return.

The lads are currently sixth in the table, two points behind Sunderland West End, a place above them.

Hartlepool are eighth in the table, seven points behind Quakers with four games in hand.

So if you’re not popping down to Bradford for the first team game, why not go down to the Eastbourne Sports Complex and watch the reserves?
