Here's a different way to keep fit during the lockdown -- try these exercises set by the Darlington FC fitness coach Mark Thistlethwaite.

We want our fans to enjoy themselves during lockdown, and to try something different!

Here are some tips on how to the exercise:

1.Hands slightly wider than shoulder width

2. Chest to floor

3.Arms locked fully out on raise

4.Body in alignment.

See how many you can do in 30 seconds! (If you were counting Mark's, he got to 37)
