Darlington FC Youth U15 0 Seaham Under 15 5.

A disappointing performance for the lads which goes to show when they don't turn up, get their focus and mind set together, the job of winning becomes a greater challenge.

Everyone needs to give 100% in the game from the moment that whistle is blown, till the end of the match. Challenge every ball, cover every attack and take and finish every chance.

Unlike the fire that was burning in last week's game we underperformed and didn't play as a team today.

Everyone needs to take something from their game and turn it around into a positive which l know you can and you have shown me in your attitude and discipline in training and games.

Seaham are a great team and have been together for over 5 years building that momentum. Being third top tells you something.

Their attitude, the way they played the ball, and worked 100% for each other is something we need to strive towards.

Let's work harder than ever in training this week learning from the drills and applying them to our game next week.

Work with each other and show me that Darlington team spirit in preparation for next Saturday.

The games are there for the taking but you have to go out and fight for them. No one is going to give you them in this division.
