Women's team all set for big Vitality FA Cup tie

Trip to Farsley Celtic in final qualifying round

Our Women's team are on the Vitality Women's FA Cup trail at Farsley Celtic today.

Considering that Quakers are a brand new team that was formed only in the summer, they are yet to taste defeat this season in seven league and FA cup games.

They have beaten Chester-le-Street Amazons and Hartlepool Pools Youth to get this far, and if they win this game against a team which plays at two levels higher, then this will be quite a feather in their cap -- and a proper giantkilling.

Defender Alice Wearmouth

Striker Sophie Curle

Here's what manager Shaun MacKenzie has to say about the game.

We'd like to thank Atkinsons Coaches for taking the team to Farsley today
