Women's team in action Sunday

Hoping to maintain unbeaten league run

Our women's team return to league action on Sunday when they visit Birtley Town in the Durham County FA Women's League.

The women are unbeaten in five league games so far, and have played some very good football along the way, but this will be a tough game, as Birtley are third in the league table, as you can see here.

Top scorer Sophie Curle is hoping to be fit to play after picking up a knock at Farsley in the FA cup last week.

We're hoping to play a home game at Blackwell Meadows soon, we're trying to make arrangements.
