Teenage sub Harvey Saunders popped up with a last gasp equaliser to grab Quakers a point at Worcester.
Quakers went 2-1 down in the third minute of stoppage time, but Saunders firmly headed the equaliser -- his first goal as a senior pro at Darlington.
Quakers started the game kicking down the slope into the breeze. The pitch was in great condition, there clearly wasn't any doubt about the game going ahead.
They put a couple of crosses into the box which the Worcester defence dealt with, while a low cross from Josh Gillies from the left went straight into the hands of keeper Ethan Ross.
Quakers had the first chance on 11 minutes when Liam Hardy cut in from the left and hit a low right foot shot that Ross comfortably saved.
Worcester responded with an effort by Steven Craig from a Junior English cross that Wilczynski saved at the foot of his post.
Quakers had a let off on 21 minutes when Craig got away on the end of a ball up the left and put him through one-on-one against Wilczynski, but he curled the ball past the post.
Quakers were awarded a free kick on25 minutes for a foul on Hardy just outside the box, but Gillies fired the ball into the wall.
Worcester had two long range attempts that didn’t bother Wilczynski, before Gillies sent Hunter racing down the right, but Hunter’s low cross went between Thompson and Beck.
There was a penalty shout for Quakers when a shot by David Syers was blocked and the ball ran for Burgess, who went down under pressure claiming a penalty but the ref waved Quakers appeals away.
Then in their next attack Thompson got through and rounded the keeper, but from a very tight angle put the ball over the top.
Half time 0-0
Great chance for Quakers on 47 minutes when Ferguson broke from midfield and found Thompson, whop in turn laid the ball off to Gillies, who fired over from ten yards.
.Worcester nearly took the lead on 55 minutes when Ebby Nelson-Addy made a great run into the box and laid the ball back for Junior English who seemed a certain scorer, but Burgess threw himself in the way to prevent a goal and had to receive a treatment
Quakers had a half chance when the hard working Falkingham found sub Phil Turnbull who created space well for himself, but then pulled his shot wide from 25 yards.
Quakers nearly took the lead when Falkingham crossed to the far post and the ball was half cleared to Cartman, who hit the ball full on the volley and forced a great save out of Ross.
But Quakers took the lead on 70 minutes from the corner that was swing over by Ferguson from the left for Syers to head firmly home, his seventh of the season. He also scored against Worcester earlier in the season.
Worcester nearly levelled with a free kick from the right that Murphy headed just wide.
But they broke through on 85 minutes when Quakers didn’t really clear a left wing cross, and sub Murphy forced the ball home from close range.
There was a huge scramble in the Worcester box that saw Quakers have two attempts at goal before Burgess volleyed wide.
Worcester stunned Quakers by going in front in the third minute of stoppage time when Murphy broke down the left, rounded Wilczynski and slotted home, although Brown nearly managed to keep the ball out.
But Quakers responded immediately when Brown turned well near the corner flag and crossed from the left for Saunders to head in firmly past the keeper.
