Saturday 4th December 2021

RFYL Girls U10 Premier Division:

Darlington FC Vs. Chester United

Team Coach Natalie Peart said; "The girls put in a great team performance and overall this was probably our best performance this season. We will be looking to keep the momentum going from here, well done girls!".

RFYL Girls U11 Premier Division: 

Darlington FC Vs. Hartlepool Youth 

POTM: Mia

Team Coach Mick Walton said; "The girls took some time to settle into the game but soon took control and ball started to find the back of the net".

RFYL Girls U13 Premier Division:

Darlington FC Girls Quakers 3-3 Chester United 

POTM: Eva Leadbitter 

Goalscorers: Grace Dobson, Amber Swales & Hattie Murray

Team Coach Shaun MacKenzie said; "The last time these two sides met earlier in the season, that played out a 12 goal thriller, drawing 6-6. Today's game didn't disappoint and the goals flowed again, a great game of football with both sides playing some great stuff".

RFYL Girls U16 Premier Division:

Washington 1-0 Darlington FC

Team Coach Scott Buckton said; "We went 1-0 down early on and just couldn't create a good enough chance to grab an equaliser".

RFYL Boys Under 7 Red Division:

Darlington FC Vs. Leam Rangers FC

Team Coach Neil Parry said; "Great result from the boys today, in full control throughout the game".

RFYL Boys Under 9s Premier Division:

Darlington FC Vs. Revolution

Goalscorers: Isaac, Jude, Oliver & Finley

Team Coach Sam Pascoe said; "Having dominated the first half, we went in at half time with the score 1-1. The boys just needed to be a bit more composed on the ball and in front of goal. The boys were excellent second half and got the win to continue our winning run of 12 in 12 in the league".

U13s JPL League: 

Darlington FC Academy 10-0 Chester Le Street

Goalscorers: Cody Hutton (2), Paddy Key (2). Niall Armstrong, Kane Hegarty, Lennon Knox, Ryder Maughan, Lloyd Yendall & Rudi Sartini

Team Coach Lee Hutton said; "It took a while for us to break the opposition down but as the game went on our quality and fitness levels told".

U14s JPL League:

Chester Le Street 6-1 Darlington FC

Goalscorer: Cody Rucroft 

Team Manager Michael Eggleston said; "We just seem to have a mental block on matchdays compared to the self belief, ability and intensity we show in training... we go again though".
