The Board of Directors of Darlington 1883 Limited (the Company) is pleased to announce that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is to be held at Blackwell Grange Hotel on Thursday 5 November at 6:30pm.All individual shareholders of the Company have been contacted directly and invited to attend the AGM. Entrance to the meeting itself is being controlled by the issue (in advance) of Admission Cards to any shareholders advising that they, or their proxy, plan to attend.
For the avoidance of any doubt, please note that any fans who have previously invested solely in membership of either Darlington Football Club CIC or the Supporters Club are not entitled to attend the AGM – representatives from the Darlington FC Supporters Group (which combined the shareholding of these 2 supporter groups during the year) will be attending on behalf of those members.
For non-shareholding fans, a copy of the letter to shareholders, the Notice of the Meeting, the Admission & Proxy Reply Form and the Annual Review and Accounts are included with this release and available to download for information only.
The Club is currently finalising arrangements for its next Fans’ Forum to be held shortly after the AGM and details will be announced shortly. This event will pick up on matters discussed with shareholders at the AGM and also have representation from the coaching and playing staff. The Fans' Forum will be open for all fans to attend.
