Here's a message from Lynn of QR about the ordering of items through the official website.
"Any items ordered on the website which are not "pre order" will be sent out as normal.
"Customers can still order "pre order" items on the website during the Christmas period but any orders submitted after the 21st December won't be posted out until after 6th January as the manufacturers Avec are closed during this time.
"We wish all of our customers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you for shopping with us in 2015 and we look forward to your continued custom in the New Year."
