It’s on the road for the Quakers as Darlo travel to The Impact Arena on Tuesday night for the first of two away games in four days. They are at Southport on Saturday.

Darlington come into the game on the back of a great 3-1 win against Marine at the weekend with a Cedric Main brace of penalties and an Elliot Forbes header.

We also saw the first appearances of the two new signings, Hazeem Bakre and Sam Hetherington, and both did well once they came on.

Alfreton come into the game off a 2-0 win against Scarborough, with goals from Lewis Salmon and Adam Anson.

Earlier in the season, the clubs played out a 0-0 draw at Blackwell Meadows.

The Reds are not in the best of form, with only two wins in their last eight, which will be good news for Darlo.

Alfreton at home have not been great, which will bode well for The Quakers as in their 14 home games, they have only won five and drawn three, which is tied for the 8th worst home record in the league.

Darlington away from home have been fairly decent, with five wins and four draws in 14 games, which is 14th best in the league. Of the Quakers' last five away games, they have won four.
