Darlington return to league action this week when they host Buxton at Heritage Park on Saturday.
Last week the side progressed in the FA Trophy and will now face a trip to Sutton Coldfield Town in the next round of the competition.
The two sides met on the opening day of the season in what would prove to be a tough start for the Quakers in the Evo-Stik Premier. Buxton won the game 2-0 with a goal in each half from Ash Burbeary and Liam Hardy.
On that day new Darlington signing Adam Nowakowski only lasted eight minutes before being taken off due to injury. He returned to action last weekend, scoring his first goal for the club against Mossley.
Buxton started this league campaign well, but have recently slipped away from the top of the table. However, despite this they are still only one point outside the play-off places in eighth place. Last weekend they progressed in the FA Trophy with a 2-1 win at home to Frickley Athletic.
Alan White, Stephen Thompson and Adam Mitchell are all back in contention following the completion of their suspensions.
However, it was confirmed last week that midfielder Phil Turnbull will be out for a period of time due to a broken jaw.
Kick-off at Heritage Park is 15:00 on Saturday.
