It is take two at Heritage Park this Saturday, as for the second weekend in a row Darlington face Hyde United.

Last week the Quakers fell to a 3-1 defeat in the FA Cup, as they were knocked out of the competition at the first stage. Hyde were drawn at home to Northwich Victoria in the next qualifying round of the competition.

Despite the defeat Darlington will be looking to continue their good run in the league which has seen them win their last four matches. Hyde will be looking to improve on the poor start they have had which sees them currently sit 19th in the league.

Ahead of the game Darlington’s assistant manager Brian Atkinson said, “We have to bounce back after last week and this is the perfect opportunity to do that.

“We had a good outing during the week David(Dowson) scored three, Leon(Scott) did well, as well as several others.

“Last week was only one defeat and before that we have played very well.  It was the worst performance of the season and it was an opportunity missed.”

This weekend’s match is the first of two games in three days for the Quakers, who then face a long trip to Ilkeston on Monday night.

Kick-off at Heritage Park on Saturday is 3pm
