Darlington host Workington this Tuesday night knowing a win could again see them return to the top of the league table.

The Quakers fell from the top of the table at the weekend following a 1-1 draw with Stourbridge, who lost on Monday night against Ilkeston to stay third.

Chris Hunter is available for selection after serving his three game suspension and will come back into the side that was without himself, Alan White or Kevin Burgess on Saturday. White remains suspended as he serves the second game of a four game ban.

The two sides have already met this season when Darlington fell to a 2-1 defeat at Workington in August. Graeme Armstrong had equalised for the Quakers only for Workington to score a late winner.

Workington are currently eighth in the league and have lost the fewest games in the division so far, two. They have only lost one of their last 11 games in all competition, drawing on Saturday 1-1 at Nantwich.

Workington were a Football League club until 1977 and were in the Conference North as recently as 2011. Last season they finished second in the league finishing only two points behind winners FC United. However, they were unable to gain promotion through the play-offs as they fell to a 1-0 defeat at home to Ilkeston in the semi-finals.

Kick-off at Heritage Park on Tuesday is 7:45pm
