The event, at the Dolphin Centre on Sunday November 8^th at 2pm, will see over 45 former and present Darlo players and officials help to launch the book “Darlo’s on the Up, the story of six successful promotion campaigns.”

Why not wear your old Darlo shirt and add a touch of nostalgia to the afternoon?

All of the former players and officials will be presented to the audience – some of our guests have changed in appearance quite a bit! – and they’ll all be keen to sign the book, and pose for photos. Relive your memories with players like Gary Coatsworth, Carl Airey, Mitch Cook, Mark Forster, John Peverell, Gary Brown, Robbie Painter, Steve Gaughan, Mark Barnard, Sam Russell, Jamie Chandler and Gary Bennett.

Tickets are not needed for admission, fans can turn up on the day. There will be other fundraising activities on the day.

Tickets are available from Quaker Retail from tomorrow. The book, which contains over 200 pages of contemporary match reports, photos and memories from fans, players and officials of the promotion campaign, will be on sale for £12 – and with Christmas on the way, what better present?
