The Board of Directors would like to remind all shareholders that your request for an AGM Admission Card or your Proxy Appointment must be returned by 5pm on Tuesday 3 November 2015.  Please read the ‘Important Notes’ that you have previously been sent before completing your instructions.

AGM Admission Cards requested by 23 October will be available for collection at Quaker Retail from this Saturday, 31 October, or alternatively from the Shareholder’s check-in desk, from 6pm at the AGM itself.

AGM Admission Cards requested after 23 October will only be available for collection from the Shareholder’s check-in desk from 6pm on the day of the AGM.

The Board of Directors looks forward to welcoming shareholders from 6pm at Blackwell Grange Hotel on Thursday 5 November 2015 and presenting a review of the last 12 months and future plans, along with the formalities of shareholders exercising their voting rights.
