Josh signs new one year contract
Darlington midfielder Josh Gillies has signed a new one year deal with the club.
Josh joined us in the summer of 2016 after he was released by Gateshead, and in his first season won the Vanarama National League North’s player of the month for October 2016.
In his two seasons with us, he has made a total of 79 appearances, scoring 19 times.
Manager Tommy Wright said; “Josh has done very well since I came to the club, and he’s got better and better since I came. He has shown how valuable a member of the team he is.”
Everyone at Darlington FC is delighted that Josh has signed a new contract, and we look forward to an exciting 2018-19 season.
