JT thanks Spennymoor Town FC
Darlington director John Tempest has thanked Spennymoor for their ongoing co-operation and support as the two clubs prepare for their league match at the Brewery Field on Easter Monday.
The two clubs have had plenty of talks making arrangements for Monday’s big game – the eighth between the two teams since Quakers were relegated to the Northern League in 2012 – and JT said; “It’s been a pleasure to deal with Spennymoor once again. There has been a commendable spirit of co-operation between the two clubs when making arrangements for Monday’s game, just as there always has been.”
There has been a firm bond between the clubs in recent years, particularly since Moors were kind enough to allow Quakers to use their ground for two EvoStik League matches in the 2015-16 season.
The arrangements for Monday’s game can be found here.
