Our good friends from Marathonbet kindly donated the full £10,000 from the half time penalty shootout on Sunday.
Three representatives from Darlington FC, Marathonbet and St Teresa's Hospice, plus one of the legends, took a penalty apiece against former Darlington keeper David Preece for £1,000 per goal.
Preecey saved two of the spot kicks, but nevertheless Marathonbet donated £10,000.
Everyone concerned would like to thank them for this wonderful gesture.
