We fell to our fourth defeat in five away games at Gloucester on Saturday. Adam Campbell had brought us level, his fifth of the season, but it was not enough.

League leaders King's Lynn twice came from beyond to earn a point at Spennymoor. Adam Boyes and James Roberts put Moors ahead on two occasions, but Adam Marriott and Rory McAuley grabbed a point for King's Lynn.

York missed the chance to return to the top of the table but remain unbeaten after a 1-1 draw at home to Southport. David Morgan put Port ahead early on before Alex Kempster levelled for the hosts.

Chester remain third after a 3-1 win at home to Guiseley. Akwasi Asante scored two first half goals for Chester. Anthony Dudley, sealed the victory before a late Guiseley consolation Aaron Martin.

Alfreton are fourth after a 3-2 win at home to Curzon Ashton. Amari Morgan-Smith scored a hat-trick for Alfreton and they were able to hold on for victory despite two late Curzon goals through Luke Wall and Matthee Regan.

Boston United are up to sixth after a 2-1 win over struggling Bradford Park Avenue. Two goals in three minutes through Brad Abbott and Jordan Thewlis gave them the points. Brad Dockerty pulled one back late on for Park Avenue.

Farsley Celtic are up into the playoff placees after a 3-2 win at home to Kettering. Our former player Dave Syers gave Farsley the early lead which was doubled by Tom Allan. Marcus Kelly pulled one back for the visitors before Will Hayhurst made the points safe. Brett Solkhon grabbed another for Kettering with ten minutes to go but they could not find the equaliser.

Brackley and Telford are both just outside the top seven after drawing 1-1 with each other. Matt Lowe put Brackley ahead early on with Marcus Dinanga levelling from the spot just before half time.

Blyth picked up their second point of the season at home to Kidderminster. Harriers had taken the lead through Alex Prosser before Robbie Dale made it 1-1.

In the final game on Saturday Altrincham smashed Leamington 5-0. Josh Hancock grabbed a hat-trick along with further goals from Jordan Hulme and Tom Peers.
