Defender signs on a dual registration basis

Quakers have today signed defender Alex Storey on a dual registration basis.

Alex, 21, has been playing for Sunderland RCA in the Northern League, and has been signed on a dual registration, non-contract basis.

Alex started his career at Sunderland and was a regular for them in the Premier Reserve League before being released by the Black Cats at the end of last season. He had trials with Middlesbrough in the summer.

Alex will be in the squad for the away game at Alfreton on Saturday.

We’d like to wish him all the best during his stay with us.
