We've just received the superb news that Quakers have won the Marathon Bet Non League challenge, with the Reece Styche celebration against Chorley. The club will now receive £20,000 prize money, and a game against a team of football legends at Blackwell Meadows.

Darlington director John Tempest said; "We must say a huge thank you to everyone who voted for us -- this will make a huge difference to the club."

Chris Stockdale, chair of the DFCSG, said; "I would like to thank everyone who voted, and all those who persuaded their friends and colleagues to vote as well. And special thanks to all the volunteers who helped clear the pitch for the Chorley game that day, and for leaving a a pile of snow for Reece Styche to jump into!"
