As we approach the end of the season, manager Tommy Wright thanks the fans for their support this season and looks ahead to a bright future. We also list many of the club's achievements on and off the field this season

Now that we’re coming to the end of our second season in the Vanarama National League North, we thought we’d contemplate what we’ve achieved as a fan-owned club both on and off the field this season:

• We passed the £1 million mark for fundraising since 2012
• ​​​​​​​We constructed a new 250 seater stand for the use of disabled fans and families
• ​​​​​​​A Darlo Wembley winner and crowd favourite was appointed as manager
• We have consolidated in the Vanarama National League North
• We showed a huge amount of passion and teamwork to win a £20,000 national prize
• ​​​​​​​Several young exciting players emerged, one of whom, Joe Wheatley, has been called up for the England C squad
• Luke Trotman, Josh Heaton and Joe Wheatley have been invited to attend the prestigious Jamie Vardy coaching course at the Etihad Stadium
• ​​​​​​​Under 11s now go free to every home game as long as they’re accompanied.
• ​​​​​​​A fan liaison officer was appointed
• ​​​​​​​We have considerably strengthened our links with the local community by creating a Community Engagement team
• We have established an even stronger feeling of togetherness in our fan-owned club
• We have formed an Academy offering BTEC qualifications which will provide young local talent for the team
• We have formed a Junior Quakers fan club
• Boost the budget passed the £60,000 mark
• We have a hard-working bunch of volunteers who have the club at heart and attend games

Of course, we won’t be resting on our laurels, and the above achievements are just the foundations for more hard work next season!
