Darlington’s first Boxing Day home game for seven years was worth the wait as they maintained their promotion charge with a Christmas treat against Scarborough Athletic.

Here's Simon Hahn's weekly round-up. We returned to action last weekend with an impressive victory at Bamber Bridge. Despite falling behind to a goal from Alistair Waddecar, goals from Graeme Armstrong and Amar Purewal turned the game in our favour. The 2-1 victory keeps us second in the table and extends our unbeaten run in the league to twelve games.
